Application to Enrol in a Victorian Government School Form

Please complete one application form for each of your intended students and submit ensuring all fields are completed. You are required to include attachments to submit the application.

Once received by our college, it will be processed by our enrolments officer and submitted to the coordinator for review.

Please email your completed form along with your latest school report and a copy of the student’s birth certificate to the college email wheelers.hill.sc@education.vic.gov.au.
